Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Creating website layouts.
- Designing the websites as per client requirements.
- Maintenance of the sites and updating them.
- Creating HTML Pages.
- Responsible for designing the User Interface for e-commerce and corporate websites.
- Responsible for ensuring design colours, fonts, images are in tune with layout.
- To design animations in Flash.

PHP Developers
The candidate must have proven skills and experience in web application developing using PHP and MySQL/SQL Server. - Have at least 2-3 years of web application development experience using PHP.

- Possess hands-on experience using XHTML, JavaScript and Ajax
- Have strong understating of Database concepts especially for MySQL.
Senior .Net Developer Experience: 2+ years, Education: BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc
Requirements:
- Work experience in ASP.NET, C#, .NET framework, SQL Server a must
- Should be hands-on with basic programming
- Should have good spoken and written communication skills
- Sharepoint Knowledge would be added advantage

Project Manager
Experience: 3+ years
Education: BE/ MCA/ MBA
Requirements:
- Work experience in ASP.NET, C#, .NET a must
- Possess in-depth technical and design expertise
- Strong understanding of OOP/OOA/OOD and design patterns
- Prior experience in designing / developing product components will be desirable
- Understanding and designing of complex product components, Development, testing, quality control.
- To work or own multiple projects and modules.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint/MOSS would be added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Cost estimation and resource allocation.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and
accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the Project.
